Corrigeenroe, in which the Key West development
is located is a scenic rural area 2.5 miles from
the N4 and a further 2.5 miles from Boyle town. St. Teresa's four-teacher, 82-pupil National
School and St. Teresa's Catholic Church lie between
Key West and a new Corrigeenroe village.
Corrigeenroe has long been a favoured
area in which to live because of its proximity to Boyle,
the N4 National Primary, Lough Key, Doon Shore,
motor cruiser moorings, a number of excellent
restaurants, Carrick-on-Shannon and Boyle Golf
Clubs, Kilronan Castle, Boyle's new Community College
and the many attractions of the area.
